How Do I Return an Item?
We will accept any return that is in new, unused condition if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. We can provide a prepaid shipping label if we made a mistake with the shipment. Defective items must be returned at the customer's expense with postage reimbursement provided upon verification of defect.
Package your item with receipt/packing slip enclosed. If you don’t have a receipt, simply write your name, customer ID, and order number on a piece of paper. Use the delivery address below that is appropriate to the shipping method you will be using. Please indicate on the enclosed sheet reason for return and any other requests.
Returns for Refund Returns must include a note indicating order number and reason for return as well as the item in its original condition along with any applicable packaging, instructions, accompanying parts and/or accessories, and tags. Returns of an entire order with free shipping are subject to a restocking fee equal to our postage / carrier charges for shipping the order. Partial returns may be subject to an additional fee up to 10% of the order total (tax excluded). Once your return is processed, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) minus the restocking fee.
Returns for Exchange Return your item for a refund and place an order for the item you would like. This allows you to receive the item you need more quickly as well as simplifying the process for both parties.
