How Do I Return an Item?
We will accept any return that is in new, unused condition if we are notified within 30 days of delivery. If you have been shipped the wrong item, please contact our returns department via email at returns@outlandusa.com or call
1-800-975-9715.
Returns must include a note indicating order number and reason(s) for return as well as the item in its original, new condition along with any applicable packaging,
instructions, accompanying parts and/or accessories, and tags attached. Items being returned must be packaged with
receipt/packing slip enclosed. If you no longer have a receipt or packing slip, simply write your name, customer ID,
and order number on a piece of paper. Please indicate on the enclosed sheet your reason(s) for return and any other
requests.
Returns for Refund
Postage / carrier costs on returns for refund are at your expense. Once your return for refund arrives and is
processed, we will refund you the price of the item(s) minus our shipping costs. In the event that we are unable to
refund your original payment method (closed account, credit card no longer valid, etc.), we will instead issue a store
credit for the refunded amount.
Returns for Exchange
Return your item for a refund (according to the instructions above) and place a new order for the item you would
like. This allows you to receive the item you need more quickly as well as simplifying the process for both parties.
Please note that your original order will be refunded in full provided the new order is referenced in your
return for exchange. Failure to include the new order number with your return documentation may result in a partial
refund equal to the item's price minus our shipping costs.
Returns for Defect
All items sold at OutlandUSA.com are of first quality and under
manufacturer's warranty (unless specified otherwise in the product's detail page). We can provide a prepaid shipping
label for defective, first quality items. Items verified to be defective by our returns department will be refunded in
full. Items that are returned for defect but found to be without flaw upon receipt of return will be refunded in full
minus all of our shipping costs for the item.
Shipping Label
A shipping label is only available to customers who did not receive their item(s) as ordered. All shipping labels expire after 5 days.
Restocking Fee
The only "restocking fee" we have at Outland USA is the amount of postage / carrier costs we incur when shipping an
item for free to the customer. Multiple returns for exchange and / or returns for refund will have said restocking fee
applied. However, the restocking fee for first time returns for exchange and returns for defect will be waived.
