I have many hats, straw, fabric, even other Tilley hats. This is easily my favorite. The hemp fabric makes this hat lightweight and cool, even in muggy South Texas summers. It is far cooler than the most well-ventilated synthetic fiber hat. It has a rugged appearance, but is perfectly suitable for nicer occasions, like travelling abroad. I wonder if the hemp is approved for airport security everywhere...Hey, come the apocalypse, could I smoke this thing?
