Clinton C. Filson himself patented the Filson Cruiser in 1914. For over 90 years, the Cruiser design has proven to be so functional and versatile that Filson continues to offer it today, unchanged.  Made of Filson's heaviest 100% virgin wool, 26 oz. per yard (except for charcoal which is 24 oz. per square yard), this coat offers plenty of warmth and protection. The full double back forms a large carrying pocket with side entries between the layers. It also has four utility pockets plus handwarmer pockets in front. All these pockets in front and back add up to double protection over most of the coat's body. The rugged Mackinaw Cruiser is renowned for its exceptional warmth, durability and protection. Like all of Filson's  wool coats, it's quiet in the woods and very comfortable to wear. Average length is 32.5" long in back. Dry clean. Made in USA.

Fit:	Style 110XL has 1 1/2 longer sleeves and body than Style 110. Your suit size would normally be your correct size. If you intend to layer heavily underneath your Filson coat, Filson recommends that you order one size larger than your suit size.
